Steps / methods
1. Wash the mucus on the surface of a piece of konjak and wipe it dry with kitchen paper.
2. Slice, don't be too thick, otherwise it's too elastic to roll up, and don't be too thin. It tastes bad when cooked in hot pot. (in line with the principle of not letting little friends in danger, this step is naturally completed by me, hee hee)
3. Draw a knife in the middle of the konjak slice, leaving about 1cm at both ends, and do not cut it.
