Fried Konjac with Vegetables
-Materials-
200g konjac, 1 cucumber
1 carrot, 5g ginger powder
1 spoonful of oil, 2 spoonfuls of salt
0.2 spoons of vegetable and fruit powder, 1 spoonful of sesame oil
An appropriate amount of white sesame.
-Practice-
1. Wash cucumber and carrot separately, drain and cut into thin slices;
2. Boil water in the pot and add konjac slices to blanch for a long time;
3. Immediately pour the blanched konjac into cold water, rinse, and drain the water for later use;
4. Pour an appropriate amount of base oil into the pot and heat it. Add ginger powder and stir fry until fragrant;
5. Add carrot slices and stir fry until discolored;
6. Add konjac slices and stir fry evenly;
7. Add salt and vegetable and fruit powder and stir fry to taste;
8. Put cucumber and carrot slices into a plate first, then add konjac slices, and sprinkle with white sesame.
