-Materials-

100 grams of chrysanthemum, 30 grams of shiitake mushrooms

30g carrots, 30g konjac

Appropriate amount of vegetable oil, 2 spoons of vinegar

2 spoons of salt and 0.2 spoons of vegetable and fruit powder.

-Practice-

1. Prepare raw materials such as chrysanthemum, konjac, carrots, and shiitake mushrooms, blanch them, and immediately put them in cold water to cool and drain;

2. Pick, wash, drain, and cut the chrysanthemum into small pieces;

3. Heat water in the pot and gently heat the chrysanthemum chrysanthemum;
