Cold mixed konjac vermicelli:
Ingredients required: Konjac vermicelli, cucumber, carrot, bean sprouts, coriander, minced garlic, salt, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, sesame oil.
Steps:
Blanch konjac vermicelli in cold water and drain off excess water for later use.
Cut cucumber and carrot into shreds, blanch bean sprouts in cold water, and cut cilantro into sections for later use.
Put minced garlic, salt, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, and sesame oil into a bowl, stir well, and make a seasoning sauce.
Put konjac vermicelli, cucumber shreds, carrot shreds, bean sprouts, and cilantro into a bowl, add seasoning sauce, and stir evenly.
Stir fried konjac vermicelli:
Required materials: Konjac vermicelli, lean meat, green pepper, red pepper, ginger, garlic, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, starch, chicken essence.
Steps:

Blanch konjac vermicelli in cold water and drain off excess water for later use.
Cut lean meat into shreds, add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, and starch, and marinate for 10 minutes.
Cut green and red peppers into shreds, and chop ginger and garlic into small pieces for later use.
Heat the wok and cool the oil. Add ginger and garlic and stir fry until fragrant. Add shredded lean meat and stir fry until the color changes.
Add green pepper and shredded red pepper and stir fry evenly.
Add konjac vermicelli and stir fry evenly. Season with salt and chicken essence.
Konjac vermicelli soup:
Ingredients required: Konjac vermicelli, eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, Haitian spicy soybean sauce.
Steps:
Peel and diced tomatoes, chop chili into small pieces and put them in eggs, and cut cucumber into small pieces for later use.
Soak konjac vermicelli in water and rinse off.
Add an appropriate amount of oil and stir fry the eggs first, then add tomatoes and cucumbers. Add an appropriate amount of soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, Haitian spicy soybean sauce, or salt (my taste is heavier). Seasoning can be added according to your own taste.
Add konjac shreds and stir fry for about three to five minutes before serving.
