Raw materials:
Konjak, sesame oil, red pepper, purple cabbage, vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, garlic powder.
Practice:
1. Mix a proper amount of red pepper, garlic, vinegar, sugar and raw soy sauce evenly;
2. Put sesame oil into the pot, add an appropriate amount of pepper, and heat it over low heat until the pepper emits fragrance;
3. Don't pick out pepper, use pepper oil as seasoning;
4. Put some hot water in the pot, blanch konjak shreds for 2-3 minutes, pick up supercooled water, drain the water and set aside;
5. Put the konjak shreds into a large bowl, add shredded cabbage and chopped green onions, sprinkle with seasoning and mix well.
